it's hard to spit it out. he never would have said that. there could have been qualifiers. no? the document we have been talking about is posted on our facebook page. facebook.com/the kelly file. we'll have a link on twitter as well. follow me @megyn kelly. here's "hannity." i heard on the news about fast and furious. >> could president obama really be this out of touch? >> i certainly didn't know anything about the irgs g report. >> millions of americans are visiting health care.gov. >> hollywood liberals are turning on team obama care. >> unfortunately the site was only designed to handle six users at a time. >> remember, you were warned. >> earlier today the president sealed the deal on health care signing the bill into law and forever changing the united states of america. >> we look back at some of our most chilling obama care predictions. "hannity" starts right here, right now.
7:01 pm
>> welcome to kwo"hannity." surprise, surprise, obama care still isn't working correctly. excuses other the effects of the law and all the obama care lies. in a minute we'll check in with rudy giuliani here in studio to react to this. first let's remind viewers about the biggest tall tale of them all when it comes to the train wreck. look at this. >> under the proposal if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. if you like your health care plan, you can keep youri health care plan. if you have health insurance, we'll make sure it is more affordable, more secure. if you like your health care plan, you can keep it. >> you can keep your health insurance. keep your choice of doctor, keep your plan. >> if you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. period. >> unfortunately the americans are finding out the hard way that the president is not being

honest. every day we are reading new reports about how hundreds of thousand or so millions of people are losing coverage thanks to obama care. according to new jersey.com the changes will impact more than 800,000 people in new jersey who purchase insurance on the individual and small employer markets. florida blue for example is terminating about 300,000 polici policies. half of the individual businesses in the state. insurer highmark in pittsburgh are dropping about 20% of the individual market customers while independence blue cross which is the major insure you a areer in philadelphia is dropping about 45%. these numbers are frightening. the white house just admitted it is true. you can't keep your plan if you
7:03 pm
like your plan. fin finally. >> not everybody will keep their plan. ong run. they may be healthier but the president sold it as if you have a plan, you will get to keep it. that's not true. >> it's correct. i take your point. the it is correct that substandard plans that don't provide minimum services that have a lot of fine print that leaves consumers in the lurch often because of annual caps or lifetime caps or, you know, carve outs for pre-existing conditions are no longer allowed. the affordable care act is built on the premise that health care is not a privilege, it's a right. there should be minimum standards for the plans available to americans across the country. >> what happened to if you like your plan, you can keep your plan? one lawmaker is taking action. wisconsin senator ron johnson is going to file legislation this week. it's entitled, quote, if you like your health care, you can keep it, act, and would make
7:04 pm
them live up to the promise. joining us, rudy giuliani. there is an estimate, health care expert bob lazuski says there are 19 million americans that have individual health insurance market. he says 85% of them, 16 million will lose coverage. >> whoa. i can't tell you if it's 85%, 50% or 30%. it's a big percentage of people that will lose coverage that nobody would lose their coverage. if you liked it, you could keep it. none of the things about minimum standards or the federal government won't tell you what insurance you would have. this is a major problem. the biggest problem of all, even worse than the computer break down which is -- >> mind boggling. >> crazy in competencompetence. the bigs thing you can see with the statistics are young people aren't signing up for insurance. mostly so far to the extent
7:05 pm
people are getting through they have been signing up for medicaid. >> in new york especially. >> which is just going to add to the expense. >> right. whatever estimates obama made of what obama care will cost, multiply it by two, three. >> let's go through the main promises of the president. the president said the website will be easy to use. i can play it in a minute if you like. he said the average family will say it will reduce premiums $2500 per family per year. he said you can keep your doctor if you like your doctor. keep your policy. keep your plan and the cost would be $900 billion. now it's three times that. >> more than that. every single one of those is wrong. it didn't make sense. you can't cover 20 million, 30, 40 million more people and have it cost less money. it's impossible. >> the cbo says there will be 30
7:06 pm
million uninsured in spite of it. >> this was never a universal health care plan. i don't know what the it was. it was an attempt for obama care to get something through which nobody thought about and we know nobody read it. now it's a disaster. >> i like the idea of what ron johnson is doing here. everyone has heard if you like your plan, keep your plan. he says, okay, pass an act that says if you like your plan you can keep your plan act. i would add if you don't save $2500 a year then president obama ought to give you a refund. those were the promises made. >> promises mean something, right? >> they should. we don't agree. from his point of view this is his biggest achievement. this is the thing for which history will judge barack obama one way or the other. you would think he would have at least gotten the website correct. how hard is that to do it
7:07 pm
correctly. >> how do you screw up in 2013, spend that amount of money on a website. we had a computer expert with his own company on the program that said he would be embarrassed to take a million dollars, it would be up working and there wouldn't be problems. >> i had to face y2k when i was mayor. everybody was afraid the computers would go down. people let out of jails, trains wouldn't run. we spent a couple hundred million to make sure it worked. i started getting briefings on that 16 months before. joe lhota was in charge. >> currently running for mayor. >> i would be briefed once a month. when we got closer, once a week. there were breakdowns but we fixed them six, seven, eight months in advance. i knew if it failed i would look like a fool and it wasn't my signature achievement. reducing crime or welfare was. this was his signature achievement. >> ron fornia got ahold after a democratic senior strategist. the subject line is democratic
7:08 pm
party is -- the f word. when you look at the rate shock, the cost of this, the website failure, people can't keep their plan, what's the political fallout considering none of what the president promised is true. what's going to happen? >> i believe it will be something like it was in 2010. maybe worse. now we'll stee reality of it. the website not working is the least of it. i think they will be worse off when the website starts working. >> and the rate shock. >> when they start signing up people for medicaid. so far two-thirds go to medicaid. less than one-third goes to private insurance. it has to flip for this thing to be at all affordable. even then it's expensive. >> young people want catastrophic insurance that's all they need. >> also if you're a young person, healthy and you go to the doctor three times in ten years, so you get catastrophic insurance and something bad happens, you're taken care of.
7:09 pm
>> you can still get insurance. >> good to see you. >> disaster. coming up, ann coulter, charles krauthammer and a hannity investigation into how the president mismanaged his ownership administration and is quick to claim ignorance when it comes to scandals plaguing the administration. there are few subjects he's been more than eager to discuss. the comparison will shock you. and then an update on the story of earline davis who was fired because she was honest with men on my radio program. we decided to help her find a job. we have good news tonight. tune in tomorrow at 10:00 eastern. a studio audience edition of "hannity" as we have a preview of kathleen sebelius's testimony before congress and more tomorrow at 10:00 eastern. welcome back to "hannity." and how this president manages his administration and how he takes no responsibility for anything that goes wrong with it. last night a wall street journal reporter said the president didn't know this country was spying on world leaders including german chancellor angela her kel. the report said president obama went nearly five years without knowing his spies were bugging the phones of world leaders. officials say the nsa has so many eaves droppings under way it wouldn't have been practical to brief him on all of them. the president who has perfected the art of leading from behind is constantly claiming he has no knowledge of what's going on regarding anything that could harm his flawless reputation. to remind the viewers of the many time it is president has
